Ciclosfera teams up with ICBF as media partner

We are encantados to announce a new media partner for the International Cargo Bike Festival: Ciclosfera.

Cilosfera is the largest Spanish-language urban cycling magazine in the world, with 41 editions published and a social media following of over 400,000. They will be covering ICBF 2022 and reporting back all of the latest trends in the cargo bike world to their readership. If you see them, say hola!“Our commitment to bicycles and cleaner cities goes really far,” says Jaime Novo, Head of Communications at Ciclosfera and former Bicycle Mayor of Madrid. “Cargo bikes are always in our front line as a solution for families, companies and, really, every person.”

“Jos and I are delighted to have Ciclosfera on board as an International Cargo Bike Festival media partner” said Tom Parr, Co-organiser of the ICBF. “The #DecadeoftheCargoBike is now well under way and we think it is really important that the Spanish-speaking world is on board. The benefits the cargo bike can bring will make cities all over the world better places to live. That is ultimately what motivates us, so the more people who know about cargo bikes, the better.”

Ciclosfera are also organisers of Ciclosferia (note the subtle difference in spelling), an urban cycling festival in Spain that had its first edition this past May in Valencia, which will be celebrated again in April 2023.

You can read Ciclosferia’s piece on the ICBF here [in Spanish, of course]: ‘This will be the great world event for cargo bikes’
